Rohan's connection to the Yarra Plenty community began as a preschooler learning to swim at Yarra Swim School. He later became the first swimmer in Yarra Plenty's history to progress from the learn-to-swim program through to competing at the Australian Open National Championships.

His journey through swimming, coaching and community involvement helped shape the values that now sit at the heart of Perform Better Healthcare, supporting people to move better, recover well and feel their best.

Rohan's passion for massage therapy grew from his own experience as an athlete, where recovery and hands-on treatment played an important role throughout his swimming career. That experience inspired him to create Perform Better Healthcare, focused on helping others improve mobility, reduce tension and support long-term wellbeing.

Alongside his massage therapy training and practical experience, Rohan has provided onsite massage services within community and sporting environments, including seated massage support for nursing staff at The Royal Children's Hospital and recovery massage services at the Melbourne Marathon.

Today, that journey comes full circle through Perform Better Healthcare. While preparing for clinic launch in 2026, Rohan continues to support workplaces, sporting clubs and community events across Melbourne through mobile massage services.
